Subject: St. Catharine CLC invites all Metro CLCers & Friends to "Care of our Common Home" Parish Talk with Fr. Edward Ciuba - Thursday March 9th at 7PM at St. Catharine Church, Glen Rock, NJ
In alignment with Metro NY CLC's recently discerned common mission, all CLC members and friends are invited to attend this talk by Msgr. Edward Ciuba who is the author the Renew book "Creation at the Crossroads."
St. Catharine CLC members are helping to lead the Renew program this Lent at St. Catharine parish.

The St. Catharine Parish RENEW program presents...
An Evening With Fr. Edward Ciuba, author of "Creation at the Crossroads"
Fr. Ciuba will discuss Pope Francis' encyclical "Laudato Si: Care of our Common Home"
Presentation to take place Thursday, March 9th in Community Hall.
Refreshments start at 7:00PM and program to begin at 7:30PM.

Former professor of biblical studies at Immaculate Conception Seminary and rector at Seton Hall University, Fr. Ciuba is deeply engaged in the Church's teaching on the care of creation and the impact of environmental change on those who are poor and vulnerable. He is a member of the St. Francis Eco-spirituality committee and a frequent speaker on Scripture, ecology, and spirituality. Come learn about the most urgent social justice challenge of our times!
